VIDEO: Honey Boo Boo Dad Health Scare Means No Fried Food

Honey Boo Boo’s father, David Michael “Sugar Bear” Thompson, will have to pass on family fried-chicken nights. As John Basedow reports, the TLC patriarch had a health scare with chest pains and pancreatitis. According to TMZ, Mama June says he’s feeling better now but has been advised to stay away from fried and spicy foods.
